Hello Humboldt! We are STOKED to open up our new food endeavor to you all, Cap's Food Shack!
We will be serving hand-crafted pub fare featuring all scratch recipes and hand-made signature sauces right out of this shiny new food trailer.
We're very excited to join the food truck world and hope to see you all.
We also plan on being part of local events, markets and festivals as well, so be on the lookout.
