In 2013, Humboldt Distillery sold their first bottle of organic vodka. Since then, it has grown to become California's Best-selling organic vodka, a big feat for a small family-owned business. Based in Fortuna, Humboldt Distillery is dedicated to producing high-quality spirits using organic ingredients and sustainable practices. In addition to their organic vodka, they make award-winning organic rums, whiskey, apple brandy, and their most unique spirit, Humboldt’s Finest.
