In recreational TUMBLING classes, the goal is to have fun and teach new skills. Classes will get your kids moving like never before. They'll experience gains in their strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, and power. All of these lead to a stronger self-image and a discipline you may have never seen in your child.

The NINJA ACADEMY program is comprised of obstacle courses, fun ninja equipment, martial arts, gymnastics, parkour, and lots of climbing, jumping, and strength. Athletes earn their Ninja headband colors by learning new skills! This class is the perfect combination of strength, challenge, and fun!

GYMNASTICS are the perfect way for your child to build strength, flexibility, and balance. Not only that, they will also build confidence and have a blast on the uneven bars, balance beam, and vault.

AERIAL SILKS fitness fuses stretching style exercises, Pilates-based core moves, fun aerial challenges, strength training, balance, and posture work, to help create new brain-body connections. Aerial fitness allows for the freedom for the different design of body types, personality types, and different levels of challenge for reviving or restoration. Aerial Fitness has a special focus on 3-dimensional movement, conditioning, and joint rotation and mobility.
