By offering the right amount of praise and holding clients accountable when they are not working hard we are building a relationship that motivates our clients to reach new goals and feel empowered in the grueling moments of a work out.

Technique
Anyone can lift a dumbbell or crank out some push-ups but using the right technique is often times half the battle. As we work with clients, we are instructing them and teaching them the proper methods and techniques that envelope different exercises. In many cases, having good form can be the difference between getting hurt or building muscle and we’re here to make sure that proper technique and good form is used exclusively.
