Tasty Thai-Ger is a vibrant Thai pop-up restaurant located inside The Local Cider Bar at 828 I Street in Arcata. Operating every Sunday from 12 PM to 9 PM and Monday from 12 PM to 10 PM, it offers an authentic taste of Bangkok's street food scene in a cozy, cider-paired setting.
Founded in 2024 by chef-owner May Siricharoen, a Thailand native with a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, Tasty Thai-Ger quickly gained popularity through its debut at Eureka's Friday Night Markets. Siricharoen's commitment to traditional family recipes and scratch-made sauces sets her dishes apart.
