With locations in McKinleyville and Blue Lake, this cozy art space offers families a chance to slow down, connect, and enjoy the simple magic of painting together. Kids light up choosing their favorite piece--whether it's a mug, figurine, or bowl--and grown-ups can join in or simply savor the moment. NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY - Walk on in during Studio hours at 1450 Hiller Road, McKinleyville or 435 First Avenue, Blue Lake; choose your unpainted ceramic piece, and begin your painting design to make it uniquely yours. (Pieces range from $15 to $50+.) Once you're finished painting, The Makers' Space will fire your piece(s) and then you'll pick them up in a week when they are cured and ready.
